How We'll Work Together

• Get BIG support in (2) private sessions first pinpointing your most difficult challenge and address that to jumpstart your journey, the second personal session will be conducted after the program has finished to ensure your success with the materials we will have covered during the month

• (4) Online one hour community classes where I teach you how to liberate yourself quickly and efficiently from specific frustrations & stressors 

• Private community group for questions, resources & support, including occasional live Q&A for those who can’t make the live classes in mind

*Classes start Monday the 27th at 6pm PST and will be recorded so you can watch at your leisure
